Sirini, This isn't really the forum for that but their is a landmark case concerning BBSs and companys taking posters to task other derrogatory remarks. It occured on Prodigy where a poster had bought stock in a company only to find out that the company was misrepresenting themselves, or so he said, while he bashed the company relentlessly on a Prodigy bulliten board. The company sued for damages since the stock actually tanked due to this guys posts. Prodigys lawyers provided copies of his posts claiming they were property of Prodigy. The case went to court and there was a hush hush settlement...you know "we agreeded not to disclose the terms of the settlement" thing. I know what really happened. Jim
