Don, I agree. I think now Japan is the key also. They need to show signs of coming back to life (like Godzilla) and wake up the villagers (the Taiwan, Korea and the rest of the Pacific Rim). Without fear of competition from them the rest of the countries can sit back and wait through their own problems.

If Japan started moving, they would have to act in response or fear losing market share permanently. I'm surprised we are not seeing the mergers and take overs now. The outlook must be so gloomy that no one wants to take the risks.
