Don, I agree with you, I believe the semi might still have a bad spill in Autumn, but that , IMHO, will be the nadir of this three years recession. I would say blood is pretty close to "knees" level, and while select few semi may go under or be absorbed, after this Autumn "minimelt" I see good things ahead. Zeev
