dougjn: I like your ideas and concepts re: WCOM. What concerns me are the # of outstanding shares after the merger is completed. How do you think this will affect price movement of the stock? There's a whole lot of mass there to move around price-wise. What is the possibility of a stock buy-back anytime soon?

PS With the sale of MCI's internet business Bernie would have enough cash to buy WCII with plenty of change left over.
