Jack: 20,825,781 is the number I have. I believe that the increase was due to the partnership with Pamco. I also agree that this would have had an effect on the price of NTAH, but if the Matagorda project is as sucessful as I think it will be, I still think it will add between 50 cents to 1.50 to EPS, according to the variables. I believe that 50 cents should be attainable in the worst case. Hope this helps. I am sorry about your loss of a family memebr
