I wish that I could tell you that I had first hand knowledge, but I don't. A few of my "friends" also own FSCX which they bought on a broker's recommendation. The information that I posted was simply secondhand information. Since brokers are sales people, I don't put much credence in what they say. I do ,however, pray that they may know something that I don't, but I wouldn't commit additional capital based upon information that I haven't been able to personally verify.

I have talked to Mark Rafferty several times. He is willing to answer any questions that I might have, but is careful not disclose information that has not yet been made public.

One thing that I can tell you is that the last time I talked to him (about 3 weeks ago) the company had not talked with or had any discussions with Davison or his attorney. I recpect the people that post here, but I have to laugh at some of the posts that I've read regarding the Davison negotiation. One in particular seemed to suggest that negotiations were on-going. One simple phone call to Mark Rafferty would have confirmed or denied the assertion.

You might wonder why I'd post the fact that I heard this rumor. The answer is I'd like to hear from other FSCX sufferers that might have some news-any news.

As for the Chapter 11 filing, if there is a settlement, Mark Rafferty has indicated to me that the filing can be withdrawn. Let's all hope that Davison wakes up or that the Judge hearing the appeal can make the correct decision.
