Having followed this company for a long time. I see nowhere that the 2nd quarter earnings number has been published and I also follow the SEC reports. The quarter just ended june 30, don't think its possible to publish that fast plus the A sec filing would show that. I think that people should keep in mind that this yr the company will more then likely just break even. The cost of expansion. Its the earning number for next yr that is the key number to watch. A comment on the additional shares. I don't believe that these will all come onto the market at once, it would be self defeating to do so, at current prices there really is no reason to sell. The profit is really just not there yet. I also don't think that the options held by managment will hit the mrk in any real number any time soon. Why would they want to kill there own stk by hitting the market with them in any meaningful number. Fully diluted this company will have around 10.5 outstanding. If they are to attract the institutions as they surely will, the shares will need to increase for added liguidity. 10.5 million shares is not a huge number. Once a listing is achieved, the major brokerage houses will be able to cover the stk and if the major players are to be involved, they like to buy in large blocks and like a stk to be somewhat liguid. A stk which is growing like this one can handle the shares due to a rising revenue and earnings stream. This is a company that is just getting started and has a great future, its growth curve is ahead of it. Like most comments by the few analyst following it, it is a ground floor type opportunity. These dips really present a nice chance to add to holding at what may be a great price when looked back on in the future. The dip in price was not related to any fundamental reason I could find. It may have been chart related, and on smaller volume then when it went to over 11 on major volume. I will be glad to see the listing finally occur so that it can be covered by major brokerages and can start to be more recognized. once that happens people will focus on the prospects for next yr, and the earnings numbers, so far i have seen both the Oxford and chatterton number for over 1.00 per share. This stk is not widely known and once it is my hunch is that it will have quite a ride based on the numbers and if the company stays on plan.....Jmm
