Tim, So you told us what you don't think the forum is for...
Why do you use it to ridicule others and post articles about lawsuits that have absolutely no relation to the topic? Is this what you think the correct usage is? I think there are many that would not agree.
Do you remember the gentleman that posted here saying that he had contacted Camelot investor relations several times asking whether the European distribution deal was actually between to companys owned and operated by Mr. D.W. (if you don't, check the archieves, the posts are there). If I remember right,he posted that Investor relations had repeatedly denied this. Of course all of the information showing that this was true was in the quarterly report filed with the SEC. So if someone wants a highly colored answer to their questions, I am sure that taking your advice to contact Camelot investor relations directly will give them exactly what they are looking for (and keep people's concerns from being heard publicly at the same time). Could this possibly be why you take this route.
You say that you are pleased with your position with CAML, but as in the past you don't say why in investment terms ( yes I have followed this board since last Feb.).
Yes the market needs to be sorted out, and yes there is great potential, for the successful players. When a company such as Camelot is superceded by newcomers in sales volume, continues to show declining sales themselves (along with increasing losses), and shows no new products for months on end, when the rest of the industry continues to upgrade the capabilities of their software regularly and frequently, how can you believe that they are a good risk? Based on performance history, what could remotely indicate that they have any possibility of being a player? Actually how can you even believe that they will survive for very long?
It would be very nice if you could tell us something that we can understand as hard investment information, rather than in effect telling us "just have blind faith like I do". This is fine advice for religion, but not for investment strategies involving hard cash.
Oh, thanks for keeping all of straight about the true purpose of this board. I am sure Marsha and others with concerns won't ever mention them again even if they know now that Camelot monitors the traffic here. |
