I wonder if Semitool blew their chance. Now that Novellus and AMAT have announced that they are doing copper plating, what role is there for SMTL? I have been bullish on SMTL for a long time and hold a bunch of stock, but I think they missed it. This is just another example of being first is not always the best. RB
