That's probably because JTS hasn't received 'official' permission to trade on the OTC:BBS under that symbol, but several brokers are trading the stock using that symbol. Until they file their report, they won't get permission to trade under that symbol 'officially'.

PS My broker, DLJ, says that that is the JTS symbol.
