I grabed this message off the ELGT Yahoo thread, "After posting this morning's news release I received an email with the following questions : We do have a few questions which you might be able to help us with: 1) Is the Pioneer Stock traded only on the Canadian, Toronto, etc. Board? Or, is it traded in the USA on Nasdaq? Other? 2) IF so, what is the Ticker Symbol? 3) Any news on when the AfriTel will be voted on by the stock-holders? I sent the questions to ELGT and just got the following answers : 1 & 2) Pioneer is a Private Company (Not traded). However, the 1.6 mil shares will be registered with the SEC and will become tradeable upon distribution to ELGT's approximate 2000 shareholders. Thus Pioneer will become a publicly traded company beginning on the Bulletin Board and then on NASDAQ after application approval. 3)The proxy is still in the process of preparation.
