Now or never Jim: That is one possibility but you forget Dell is one of the few if not the only PC mfg who exclusively makes Intel based Pcs and has been a very loyal customer of Intel everyone else have strayed so I am assuming Dell certainly will have some consideration from Intel if the scenario you describe were to occur as I don't think Intel would want Dell to stray and start using AMD and Cyrix chips which they could easily obtain for a lower price too. One can always come up with endless possibilities that could negatively affect a company but then that would prevent one from owning any stocks now or anytime in the future.
