Vspec and others,
I had a dialog with somebody off line relative to some numbers, which did not seem to foot. This is a sign that something is amiss, wrong, or whatever. The point is that doing this alerts one to irregularities, it doesn't always give the full scope and import of the effects.
I feel the latest, official press release, is direct and too the point. I've read at least 10 other reports, which, summarize--in my view inappropriately--the company release.
What are the other potential objective negatives, if any, other than the material impact of shareholder lawsuits, percieved senior managment malfeasance (which would result in jail for some upper ups, and net net would not effect the company's performance).
I just see silver(man) behind the cloud.
