RE: >>> Nothing new....look at all of the EDGAR filings and you will see this is re-hashed news. SYQT is looking to get fresh money by lowering the price for the incentive shares. It does not mean they will bite. Remember the float in 4/98 was 95.3 million. Thus the increase is 31.7 million, but that is including all of the incentive shares. <<<

What do you mean this is "re-hashed news"?

While SyQuest has stated in recent SEC filings that they might have to offer additional incentives to entice warrant holders to exercise, today's filing is an announcement of new agreements and confirms that incentives are still required for the company to obtain needed cash.

What do you mean, "It does not mean they will bite"?

They've already bitten. There may be additional filings like this in the future, however this filing and the reported recent agreements it represents, are both new and done deals.

Incentive shares:

The number of shares issued and outstanding has increased by over 45 million during the June quarter. Shares are shares, dilution is dilution, and the almost 12 million new incentive shares were previously unaccounted for.
