I hope you're right re: no comment from mgmt. The "no comment" point could mean something else...these guys want to sell their shares and hold the price up. They cannot comment and fan the rumor so they say nothing..I note that the company have already said that they were talking to potential bidders so they cannot say that they are unaware "of any corporate activities" that might account for the move. The point is does this company have something that everybody wants and will pay huge $$$ for? This is where I get nervous about my long position.
