Got to be careful what you say here. They are bullying the guy who made a big fuss and is now trying the change the bylaws. Its really something when a shareholder faces legal action (using our money) for differing with management. Looks like we need new management who supports the interests of shareholders instead of bullying them. BTW, I spoke with IR a few weeks back and he essentially related the party line in a very congenial way -- didn't help my wallet though. He basically said that the fundamentals are in place for the stock to reach 40 on its own, and therefore, the buy-out wouldn't bring anything to the party. I'm still waiting for the 40.
