I purchased private placement shares in the last two rounds (1997 & 1998). The list of shareholders includes Goldman Sachs and New York Life among other biotech investors. CPI has new technology and the Cancer Institute has made substantial grants to them to help fund research over the past years. There are no guarantees, but if they get FDA approval on just the first drug, the shares should rocket as the same treatment is in trials for lung and breast cancer.

I put my money where my mouth is and bought 20,000 shares of TSNG on Monday.

I don't know how to make this computer go to another article, but Forbes magazine did a great article on CPI in the August 11, 1997 issue on pages 116 and 117. It is must reading.

With all the trials and tribulations the shareholders of TSNG have been through, the CPI deal will be a godsend and give you new management. Better yet it should yield a higher share price. In looking at trading over the last few days, there are buyers.
