Bob, I think most of the things that you stated about GLOW could be said about most all of the non-reporting BB stocks. That is why they carry a higher investing risk. But with that risk comes greater potential profits, if the company is what they say they are.
Personally, I am willing to take that risk. Those that are not comfortable with greater risk, would probably be better off investing only in a listed stock.

Because of the higher risk with BB companies, especially non-reporting ones, I do a lot of personal research as time permits. And that includes keeping in contact with the company to find out as much information as possible.

GLOW is in the process of becoming a fully reporting company. And I think the new NASD requirement, when implemented, that would remove non-reporting companies from the electronic quote service is good. I like the move towards making more companies accountable.
