MM covering Aug30?

I hold EDII and I am curious. Where did you get the info about MM's having to cover by Aug 30...I have heard just about every date(including never) about when MM's have to cover thier shorts. I have Heard the 1st, the 15th, the third week, the fourth week, and never (if there are two MM's working together, passing the shares back and forth.)

I respect you Colleen, so please don't take this as a bash, just want you to site your source.I've got other stocks where people are making the same claim, different day ;)
