Those ASND numbers cannot shield them from the reality that Cisco continues to outgrow and outmaneuver ASND. The numbers show that ASND grows comparatively weaker each quarter. Just how hard is it to show some growth when such figures are based on quarter after quarter of stagnation? 5% growth in one year is indeed lousy whether briefing reports it or not. You should be happy that ASND is no longer a contender (if it ever was) and is being propped by takeover rumors. Actually, you are benefiting from Cisco's success because that success and the desire to confront it is what makes ASND more valuable to suitors, certainly not ASND's own lack of performance over the past year.
