Re -- since over half of 2Q production was on 0.35 micron and that has ended

The point is how many wafers are they throwing away. They probably are throwing away more on the .25u because their losses were more.

Also Intel is moving to .18u AMD will have to spend a few hundred million more to get there.

Looks like Bankruptcy is getting closer.
