I'm short SNPS. Going long, I like to be picky on price. I look for 100% returns on the long side over a year so I'm very particular on my buy points. Given this discipline, CDN at $20-22/s is a buy. I'll be patient. If it doesn't reach my buy target, I won't buy it. Not enough capital to spread around. IMOO.
