Lets see now, my feelings are a reverse would not be in the best interests for a young company or its investors. I feel that this company knows this.
Most companies would like to move up to the to bigger exchanges, but the smart ones know that this takes time, They must secure a strong and solid foundation in order not to impact or cripple the stock price or its investors.
I have recently spoken to the company myself in the long island office and from the conversation we had when posed this question they had no plans for this.
Take a look at what happened to pkgp/usxp. The investors there got creamed on a day they felt was a day for hearing great company news Surprise Reverse 70-1. Many Investors felt betrayed and the stock price nose dived. Investors can make or break a stock. Bad news travels fast but most importantly people don"t forget easily especially when they lose money.
The outcome now is that the stock price on pkgp/usxp is currently down. The price is bouncing between .75 to 1.25 from a pre reverse figure of about 2.85. It may take some time for the investors to regain trust in a company that pulled a surprise like this and caused so many to sell their shares in haste and anger. Go and read the thread!.
I am Long on PRWT see you guys at the top!.
