It's nice to be on board. I've been following EPEA for a long time (and I'm in big with EPEA). My impression from my research with Mrs. Davis seems to make me feel that this is true also. On the news today I heard that China was using US technology for commercial launching a satellites in a military means. If that is the case, if START2 exemption isn't granted I hope alot of bad press is given (at the very least).
