Jim or anybody; Interesting argument, but only part of the total argument (IMO). How big a customer is DELL? How big a customer is CPQ? And how big a customer are the other "heavy weight customers" - HP,...? Also, how loyal and dependent is each one? Another words, how easy is it for each of these to go somewhere else. Who will buy more under crunch times and difficult "seasons"? These questions and others have to be answered to give the full picture.
