Short-term the IMF bailout kills lot of threats, so I would be
bullish. Longer term the situation remains unclear. If no reforms
are implemented, a very serious financial collapse will come in
six months. So we need to watch very carefully what's happening.
One more point - the parliament has to approve the anti-crisis
measures. It's not going to be easy - and these measures are
not going to be popular. So far when budget spending was cut, they
cut industrial sector, and not bureaucrats - strange, but true.
Besides, a lot of unrest remains, and the anti-crisis measures will
not bode well with the miners. -Vi
