Solv-Ex will finally hear from the SEC regarding the investigation:

At least we will finally be told what specific allegations the SEC
has against Solv-Ex. I welcome this news. The silence of the SEC
and the NASD has been deafening. I just want the truth. Perhaps,
that will be forthcoming.
