Ken, I got a list of other companies that Michelle's firm went up against and they have had a pretty good track record on having successful judgements in there suits. Also the judgement amounts that were listed were not small amounts in most cases. So agian if they can prove that TLTK conspired to deceive us as well as KPMG not doing there do diligence on the financials than there is hope.
Plus a firm of there caliber would not take this case unless there is substancial merit, trust me they would not waste such expensive billing time! ha ha

PS: there is no cost to any of you to call or email our attorneys and provide them information that could be valuble to the success to this case, it can only help all of us that bought this stock in good faith.
Remember all of the people that said they spoke with TLTK and had details about were the company was going and how profitable they were or where going to be?! Did some of us buy stock based on that information?! Do you know if the people putting email at this forum were planted buy TLTK?! Its possible..
Howabout all of the people that said they owned it since it was below a 1.00 and then hyped it up to 9.00 and were smart enough to sell near or around the top. I can't buy that they were all such great market timers, and then some to say how sorry they were that we all got burned (except them) and should have sold after the fact. When the stock was trading at 9.00 it was for sure going to 20.00 in 6 months.....yea..
But hold on when it was at 7, then 5, it was just turning around and at 3 it had hit bottom.
Someone is going to get busted for this and I will enjoy watching them go to the can or pay a major fine or both.
