I think that a buyout or a JV will be in the cards the moment that an RX or BioTech big guy figures out that this one has good odds to make it. The name of their game is buy low and sell high also. If you know that it is going to work why wait around for the remainder of the world to figure it out too.. By then the shares will be valued accordingly.
