I don't think that a company should 'fear' anything, that is not to say that the company shouldn't be prudent and on guard against losing their advantage, whatever it might be. IMHO - DELL has nothing to 'fear', nor does CPQ or AMD for that matter! The companies must not squander their energies on 'fear' but utilize those energies for 'development' of their new products, or the competition of the 'free' market place. Regards, Ken
