Frank,

I think that your observation is right on target. Low PC hardware prices and high demand for English proficiency (both in US and abroad) will be very positive for EDUSF's longterm viability. That's the reason why EDUSF has been so profitable, particularly in comparison to losses incurred by other multimedia companies.

I continue to be amazed by how well TUTR does despite its financial losses. SLVN has gone up more than 50% since I discussed it on the thread. Do you have any news on SLVN?

I see a lot of consolidation in the multimedia publishing sector. In particular, the BROD and TLC merger is significant and well received by the market. Will it be a good thing for EDUSF for the long term? I think so. Not only will it increase the chance that EDUSF will be acquired, but it will also reduce the chance for price wars. Although EDUSF does not have direct competitors, the low price pressure on multimedia titles has been unfavorable to the whole sector. Once the premier players in the sector are adequately valued, the market will value EDUSF for its worth.
