I scanned it quickly. They are issuing another 500,000 shares at .99 but the float will still be just over 6 mil. At .99 it's still above the present market so it's not like they are undercutting the stock price. It's not good, but it's typical of stocks this cheap. Did I miss the point, or anything else in there? Richard
