Mr. Schwertley, Thank you for posting that link. It's not something I've seen in the information I received from Naxos. (I probably didn't look as thoroughly.) So, how did you vote? (Rhetorical question.) I wonder what advice contributors to this thread might have with respect to actual voting issues. Why should we have a board of 11 or 8? What difference would it make one way or the other? Rather than go on about speculative recovery technology perhaps seasoned advice to the issues at hand might be appropriate. How about it, fellow contributors? The way things are going at HQ we just might be the swing votes. What is in our interest with respect to stuff that could really make a difference? Jerard P
