Dayton does not need MDIN if MDIN WILL NOT GIVE IT AWAY DAYTON WILL NOT TAKE IT AND STILL BE IN PRODUCTION FOR 7 YEARS WHILE MDIN WILL LOOSE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MONEY TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS AND DAYTON WILL BUY IT FROM SOME ONE NOT MDIN!!!!!!
