This was my point a few posts ago. The outsourcing division hasn't added any new customers. All the eggs are in one basket, which is too risky.

Oaks replaces Christopher Maginniss, who will continue on in the short term as a consultant to Microdyne.

Looks like he's gone because he couldn't expand the business.

Angel....what do you know about the outsourcing division?
