Bill; Here are the transactions I have for '98.

Seamans sold 95K in Jan (Form 4), 144's- 51K in March, 128K April, 41.5K May, & 120K June. He had around 150K Class A shares, 1.362M Class B shares first of the year. I think he has somewhat over 1M currently. The only transaction I've seen on Form 4 is the 95K. I think the reason the other sales haven't shown up on Form 4 has something to do w/the conversion from Class B shares to Class A before the sale. (B shares aren't publicly traded, they must be offered to other members of the trust, if no one wants to buy them they have to be converted to Class A before they can be sold). It's virtually impossible to know exactly what he has or has sold. I have 3 sites I use, subscribe to InsiderTrader as one, & they all have slightly different info.

>>Why would Gary sell if the company was for sale.

He probably just found out. Dave
