I get letters all the time concerning class action suites against companies I have owned in the past. Invariably the result is huge fees for the lawyers and a pittance for the investors. What investors get is usually not worth the trouble of filling out the paperwork . IMHO,it's's a cozy little racket between judges (lawyers) , defending lawyers, and plaintiff lawyers. The plaintiff lawyers get most of the money, and as a stockholder (owner) you wind up paying for it.
