Geez, the rest of your post looks pretty detailed to me. :-)

The down side could be all the way down to 46 3/16. I would expect some type of bounce off this "support."

We hit this ever so briefly on 7/1, only to rocket back to 48. With solid earnings and forward guidance, its hard to envision a replay of that event.

If it penetrates it, look for 41 1/4.

I can't imagine any fund manager waiting this long to buy, and buy big. Sorry, just can't see it.
