All Traders, Brokers, and Promoters are reminded as of 6:30 AM PST, Wednesday, July 15, 1998, only trades at the offer will be accepted for processing. Did they HALT VSE.VSE for further clarification of the NR? <ggg> Sumbol = NBSE...does this mean that it is in the same class as the DEALER NETWORK?
