Bob, Thanks for your response. I do not see how as an individual investor, who does NOT receive any compensation from a company and is just trying to do the wise thing and gather as much information as possible about their investments, would be responsible to try and figure out if they had been told any insider information. I would think that is the responsibility of the company. If someone is receiving payment from the company, that might be a different matter. As I have stated many times before, I am just an individual investor and do NOT receive payment of any kind to promote this stock. Cheryl
