David, I like their approach of being able to offer complete systems to public safety but it does not appear to be paying off. Dropping down below the slow revenue growth that AFIS reported their gross margin is dropping fast. Reading between the lines it appears that they are having an extremely difficult time trying to compete based on performance and are resorting to dropping the selling price to pick up sales. Increased sales for IDX have resulted in more efficient manufacturing runs and better margins while selling prices have decreased. Hopefully the trend will continue. Ed
