Harken's latest proxy statement (4/24/98) showed that he only controlled 36,250 shares, most of them (33,750) as exercisable options. It also shows options for 111,250 shares as not exercisable. This is as of the end of the fiscal year. I suppose the rest of the 100,000 shares could be options that have or will become exercisable in the next couple of months.

His job title, also from the proxy statement is:

Senior Vice President - Engineering of Harken Exploration Company.
