Why authorize it if you don't intend to use it??? Don's right! And so am I...FASC's share value is toast until the co. can line up some major contracts. IR gave me a lot of hype about how everyone (GoodYear included) were all banging at FASC'S door in the early 80's when the company instead spent considerable time & resources to obtain only patents. Since then, no significant progress has been made to follow-up with those companies and a change in leadership is needed starting with JACK (too conservative)IMHO. lastly, In my view the share price will be below .10c for a loooong time perhaps another 4 months.
