EPEA...no i am not particularly optimistic..i just find it interesting :)& it also seems that some significant stuff might happen soon i have no particular strong feelings about it though the biggest drawback is the float but when a person buys a lot of a penny stock, even a small movement makes profit...it looks like there are a lot of daytraders in this because it has popped up on the OTC most active top 100 list a few times...and it was as high as 33 cents in the last 52 weeks, i have just been watching the volume for about a month now..it also looks accumulated..
