Earl, much of what you said correlates with what information I have gathered. The traffic of many of these lesser know companies is considerable, as they have many political affiliations. Many of which lead to contacts with potential multi-national corporate clients.

There usually exists a hierarchy of VIP's in third world countries that are constantly invited to political gatherings. It is a tough shell to crack, yet if connected, the doors open fast.

Seems as though IDM has all the right affiliations to open a large segment of the S. American communications flow to the rest of the world, especially when ones considers their satellite peering with other well known communication transmission companies.

With S.A. Connected to our domestic backbone, while coupled to both our European and Australian JV's, the globe begins to light up, one continent at a time.
