Who would buy out the ZIT? They don't have anything!!! If someone wants the "Matridigm Technology", which really has generated precious little cash for such a wonderful product, they will either sign contracts with MD or buy MD. How does this affect ZITL's stock price? What cash payment would go to the Zit? Oh the gullibility of those who are buying on this rumor...which by the way has been floated by desperate Zit-heads since February.
