no, this was the end of the year quarterly report (november 30, 1997)
I KNOW it's old, and probably at the edgar site..but all the same, thought I could use a lesson in interpreting it..
for example, at first glance, i see 15,490,009 shares outstanding, but I don't SEE the float. Is it not required to publish the float?
The stock trades like a float under 2 million, but what do I know.

net sales $1,998,923.00
gross profit $528,589.00

what is "income loss from operations"?
and does that change the gross profit stated?

what is the difference between "earnings per common and dilutive common equivilent share"?
primary
fully diluted
(all numbers are zero's...sounds good)
but then the
"weighted average number of common shares and dilutive outstanding"
primary
fully diluted
(no zeros here, all numbers)

so what is the difference between
"earnings per common and dilutive common equivilent share"?
and

"weighted average number of common shares and dilutive outstanding"
and what do I WANT to see in these two sections?

total assets is the same exact number as total liabilities and members' equity....what does THAT tell me?

also stock options (i assume this is for their employees?)
what do the number of options tell me and at what price they are exercized at? (I see 3 sets of numbers..the highest exercise price being 26 cents, the lowest being 10 cents)
also the NUMBER of stock options, is this FROM the outstanding, or separate and apart?

now i also see another set of stock options...broken into 3 groups
exercise price of .75, 1.25, 2.00

does this mean the holder of these options believes HHPK could go as high as $2? and if so, why?
the expiration date is for Oct 31, 1998..how do i know how much was paid for these options? if at all?

okay, I'll start with these questions.
NO RUSH to answer. I just thought I'd tear this thing apart & try to understand it all, and maybe someone out there like me will learn in the process too...know any good videos on this? :)

thanks!
