William, once again let use agree to disagree.

Michael Dell sells stock on a regular basis. When the stock is high and when the stock is low. When good times are coming and when conditions are turning down. I believe he sells as a source of income as the amount of the sale is very small due to his large position.

As for educating readers, of this thread I hope they are independent thinkers and challenge what is read here.

I disagree with some of the figures and statements. 20% PC growth? Smaller companies have more room for growth? Who stated the Japanese would not add competition? Most importantly the reasons behind events. And on, and on....

Selling a car for $500,000 may be foolish if it is worth a million and you have a bid for a million.

You repeat many of your points. I get your position the first time.
