OT Hello Michael, this isn't the Crystallex thread, but you may have noticed the topic came up earlier. A fine example of some keen and early insight Mr. Bidder into the eventual presence of Asensio on the thread. Did you guess ? I see that you also deny facts. Asensio's attack on Crystallex was based upon a clever web of lies. The small investor was lead to believe that Crystallex was a scam, Asensio's cleverly worded news releases denied a trial, or a claim.
I admit it is over, Crystallex lost an important court case. I think that SI readers should make up their own minds on this type of thing. Crystallex Thread Barbara Payne and Graystone discussing Asensios lack of moral character and lack of reliability in financial affairs. #subject-8316-Range-7600 Graystone to E. Charters, after the decision #reply-4831551
It bears upon ZONA also, Mr. Asensio has recommendations on this stock that disagree with the CIBC's Mr. Oppenheimer by a wide margin (see, we get to use the same names even !) Mr. Oppenheimer is likely an honest guy trying to do his job, most folks are. Asensio however is not , most folks.
Michael Bidder, the simple fact is that you apparently are well aware of Asensio's fraudulent past, his shady stock dealing that cost him a sizable sum upon judgement yet you still think he has some sort of panache. I wouldn't trust a guy like that with a dollar. He is a plague on the little fish, doing his best to create uncertainty that he can use to his personal advantage. Who is getting screwed here ? |
