...don't think so but could be a solid possibility...however, SWEBF management does not appear concerned about a temporary delisting should it occur...apparently given their confidence it will be short-term and possibly in addition to fact that the TSE is not a bad short-term backup/contingency listing given it is perceived as the NYSE of Canada.

Pursuant to SWEBFs SEC Form 20-F [essentially a 10-K for a foreign NASDAQ filing company] filed June 29, 1998 SWEBF management stated the following "...In December [1997], the Company announced that it had instituted an arbitration action against Kurzweil seeking an estimated $9 to $12 million in damages for breach of contract, plus consequential and other damages...The Company believes that its claims are meritorious and will result in an award in its favor. However, in the event that there is an award in favor of Kurzweil on Kurzweil's counter-demand, there could be an adverse effect..."
